PS 02.06.2014: 3 nagelneue bipolare aus lfd. Fertigung und Oberflächentemperaturen der Testumgebung, nach wie vor: stabil! (ev. ist eines der Test-ICs (Nr. 6) ein CMOS, aber eher nicht; ein LMC oder TLC konnte ich am Samstag auf die Schnelle nicht auftreiben...
