Tascam 38 8 track reel to reel service manual wanted

Hello all, can anyone help with a service manual for the Tascam 38-8 reel to reel tape recorder? I have one with a dead capstan motor and a soft belt but need the service manual to fix the electronic fault.

Thank you though sadly he has not got a copy of the 38 diagrams though I have emailed him to see if he can help.
