Forum Web-address.

Hallo,

Every day I visit this forum to check new entries and see what very interesting subjects are being discussed – Even though German is not my main language and I sometimes need a little help from my Wörterbuch or online translator!!
I have a question regarding the correct website address for this forum.
Before I was using the address www.tonbandinfo.com/forum2 which was taking me directly into the forum - but now it goes to the Tonbandinfo Startseite? When I access the forum from the link, it then shows the web address as http://forum2.magnetofon.de/ Is this now the correct address for directly coming to this forum? Are there any other web-addresses that can be used?
Can you please explain what is the difference between the forums at http://forum.magnetofon.de/ and at http://forum2.magnetofon.de/
I can see that many of the forum members are the same, but in what instances should a post be put in one forum rather than the other?

is the correct url to get here directly.

leads you to the mainpage with many other links zu to go, für example to

http://forum.magnetofon.de/

which is just another forum for HiFi and tape-Recorders on the same server. It would take a lot of time to tell the reasons we have two forums for the same topics. It happend accidentally. There is no rivality or something like that and there are no rules, where to post. Maybe, here we talk a little bit more about studio-equipment, in the other forum you often find interesting threads about the smaller and cheaper machines. Each forum took another direction, so you have the choice where to read and where to post. Many of us do in both forums.
