That's strange, the Code says january 23 1991 and according to TDK documents the Rojana Plant was completed in November 1991.
...you bought that 10 year old tape sealed in 2000?

I have TDK with 9F code, they have the code molded in with a hot stamp, I suspect them beeing assembled by Saehan Korea, they also used this kind stamping.
