Hi! Out of the type III cassettes on your site, many have the same tapes:
- ICM should be the same as Scotch Ferrichrome. At least my examples have the PosiTrak back coating, so I assume it's 3M tape. But as ICM bought pancaes from many sources, your ones may be different.
- Mark II (Roticet) used surplus pancakes from BASF when they ceased to sell their ferrochrom III in 1983/84, but the shells are cheap ones from Hong Kong or some other classic "cheap cassettes" country.
- Osawa = Denon is obvious, and you have aready written it down :-)
- Philips probably also used Agfa or BASF tape, they were buying tape from both for models they coudn't coat themseves in the 70's.
Regards
Martin
