Once again you surprised me with a BASF cassette I've never seen before. At least the package design is new to me. These cardboard boxes were popular in Japan during the late 60's to early 70's. But they put a cassette inside which looks almost exactly the same as the German 1968-70 model. The only difference being the missing green "L" sign for "Low Noise".
Here is a picture of such a cassette with its original index card. It has an older shell with larger window, but in Germany you could find both window versions in this package:

Interesting package for the old National Panasonic. And if the Technics CrO2 really contains pure chrome tape, it would be interesting whether the cassette is a TDK KR in disguise, or Technics had it OEM'ed by one of the few other companies making chrome tape in the early 70's.
