yes u have true, i wrong to write the name my machine is a M10A export version.
originally this machine was hi-speed only for duplication tape operation, and equipped with photovox heads then i decided to restore for normal use 19/38 cm sec.
now i changed the headblock with a new stereo headblock
hen I drive the capstan motor with a small industrial inverter, now i can program all the speed i want by parameter changing (for two speed i use one relè) it works great
as you can see on following images
