Ich glaube in deinem Falle nicht mehr an ein Halbleiterproblem, denn deren Erholrate ist durchwegs gering.

Meine Mutmaßung zum mit der Platine mangelhaft verlöteten Kupferlackdraht des Schaltenkerns (vgl. Post 28) passt eigentlich lückenlos auf die von dir beobachtete Symptomatik.
