Lieber Uwe!

Du scheinst ein Oszilloskop zu haben. Wenn es eines von Hameg mit Komponententester ist, kann man damit teilweise recht gut Elkos prüfen. Lese dazu das Kapitel Lissajousfigur in der Anleitung durch. Es dürfen nur Blindanteile auftreten. Siehst Du einen Realteil, hat der Elko eine Macke. Das ist dann der Fall, wenn die Ellipse schräg steht.
