dear Manfred,
the M10A is working well right now with the standard head block, also this was a special version 30ips  with a different capstan motor and special head block.
to use the high-speed motor with standard 15ips speed I put it inside a small inverter and found the right parameter.  it works great!

on this 2 original images is possible to see the large diameter of the capstan pulley to archive the 152-304 speeds.
