Hi 'Caddydaddy'!

German pop band Modern Talking (which was very popular in Europe
between 1984 and 1988 and again between 1998 and 2002) had a single
called 'Geronimo's Cadillac' in 1987. It was written by the band's
mastermind Dieter Bohlen and is not related to Michael Murphy's song
of the same title.
