Die Idee würde ich abhaken. Die Frako Elkos müssen raus, egal was irgendeine Messung sagt.

An Frako oder Roederstein Kondensatoren brauchst du nichts mehr messen, die müssen raus.
An Tantal-Kondensatoren nützt dir eine Messung nichts, die haben saubere und stabile Werte, bis sie sich ohne Vorwarnung verabschieden.
Da kündigt sich kein Ausfall über längere Zeit mit veränderten Werten an.
Bisher hat bei mir noch kein defekter Tantal zu einem weiteren Schaden geführt, denkbar wäre so ein Szenario aber, wenn auch sehr unwahrscheinlich.
Ich denke nur, wenn man sich die Arbeit einer Vollrevision macht, dann sollte man die Teile gleich mit tauchen, am besten gegen passende Elkos.
Nichts ist ärgerlicher, als die revidierte Maschine ein paar Wochen später wieder von der Anlage zu trennen, um sie auf den OP-Tisch zu hieven, weil sich ein Tantal verabschiedet hat.
