Hello Paulo,
where do you live.
Your spare parts are for the M10A.
You should already install one of the intermediate wheel suspensions.
There is a tab on the pull magnet for the brake roller that slides over the small bar at the top of the suspension. When the magnet attracts, the tab lifts the idler gear off the brake pulley flywheel and motor drive pulley.
When you've got that installed perfectly, you can think about making a flywheel. Without this lift-off feature, the M10A will not run properly.
The spring washers for pressing the ball bearings are in the bearing housing and the flywheel presses on the discs with a special device. The height of the flywheel determines the pressure. When everything is set correctly, the adjusting screw is countered. The brake roller is set correctly when the run-on time of the brake roller without the tape is approx. 12 seconds at speed 38.
P is = Pond = g (on Earth)
You can measure the tape tension on the current customer construction with a spring scale at the beginning of the tape, with which you pull the tape evenly through the roll at about 40 cm/s. Best in a large room, 10 seconds is already 4 m.
Best regards
Manfred
