Hello Paolo,
the parts in the last picture are the missing link between the capstan motor and the flywheel, it is called "Zwischenrad" = intermediate wheel. The parts look right for M10a, M10 without a does not have the small rubber ring at the intermediate wheel. The flywheel of M10a also looks slightly different than that from M10 without a. As long as the tape drive is not in REC or PB mode, the flywheel is driven from the capstan motor with the intermediate wheel. In REC or PB mode the intermediate wheel is moved away from the flywheel and the flywheel is now driven by the tape. The inertia (mass) of the flywheel works as a small brake to the tape, because it is pulled by the tape and that creates the tape tension between the 2 pinch rollers. The tape tension is measured between the 2 pinch rollers with the head block removed. Telefunken had its own tension gauge called "Tortenheber" = cake shovel, but you can use a Tentelometer as well. Both tension gauges are hard to find these days.
Good luck and best regards
Tobias
P.S. Some good fotos of M10a chassis https://www.gzhifi.com/pp/goods.php?id=9

Strom kann erst dann fliessen, wenn Spannung anliegt.
