The MKII has got an electronic counter with locator funktions.
The MKIII is without the microfone-jacks. Some regret, some say, that for they were bad and did'nt fit to the quality of the machine, it was a good decision to drop them. Not good meant: Not for professional use, but fitting for homerecording, as used from the B77. I can't comment this in lack of experience.
There also were optical differences. The MK1 is complete in alu-silver. Newer Models have a grey frontpanel.
