grundig TK144
#1
I'm looking for grundig TK144 electric plan (tube model) just to know on wich socket and on wich pin is the input line cause it seems that 2 sockets are available.
One on the top witch is also for the microphone, and and other one on the back.
With a microphone signal it works fine , but impossible to record a signal from my LF generator wich has a low inpedance output.

Thanks in advance

Hello,

The input/output connections are 5 pin 180 deg DIN and connection details can be found at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/DIN_connector
Look at "Applications - Analog Audio" for the standard connections to all tape recorders using DIN connections.
Hope that helps?

Hello,

I quite agree with you this is the classical standard din connection, but in this case
the din socket on the top of the recorder seems to be a dual input socket,(microphone an line). On philips taperecorders pins 1-4 are for low level input (mic) and 3-5 for high level (line) with pin 2 connected to screen. It seems that on grundig it's not the same system connection. It looks like symetric input but I'm not sure.
Thanks for your help

Gut gemeint, der Schaltplan des TK 146 ist jedoch nicht auf den TK 144 übertragbar, da es dort nur eine "Kombibuchse" für alles gibt.

Sorry I'm no Grundig Expert.

Just like seen in the manual. The DIN Pin Connections should be the same than in TK144, or did they use other accessories for the TK146?
