TEAC X1000R fast foreard problem

Hi!

I am reparing Teac X1000R.

the capstan belt should be replaced . so I ordered form ebay.
while wiaitng, I checked other functionality .

Ican't test forwARD AND REVERSE PLAY DUE TO BLET.

Rewind is OK.

but When pressed, fast forward button. I heard solenid clicking sound. it moves a ltille bit. but it stops with another solenoid ckiking sound.

so no fast forward.

I will be happy if you can provide some hints.

I found out that P107 connector ( for take up reel ) 'out put voltage is 15V,0V, 11V ( should be 5V).



How can I asdjust it . Trimmer R237 has no control.



should I replace tenssion sensor PCB?





while P106 shows 2.5V ( which is OK.)

Thank you .

I took close picture of factory setting of R237.

I ordered tenetelometer from Ebay. so I will do as SM says later.


I found out that I have almost 15V at termibal 3 which should be 5V regardless of position of tension arm.
same reading.

I adjusted height of tension arm as SM says.
same.

I also dis benting down screenig metal fan little bit by bit .
same

So I sususpicious of photo interuppter.

If I buy which is exact replacemnet?

Thank you good advice.



I amanaged to make 5V at midle of tensin arm position.





But still i can have fast foward only when tension arm is nearly 15% ~20% up staus of rest position.

not low and not high.



only very very limited range, I can do fast foreard and forward play .



It means the right moror and drive power trqnsitor is OK.



i swapped the drive power transistor .



same result.



I need advice what to do next .
