AS AS6002 sound motor probem

Ich habe AS AS6002. Er läuft manchmal nicht, wenn er eingeschaltet wird.

Dann muss ich den Capstan-Motor leicht mit der Hand berühren.

Dann funktioniert er wieder.

Manchmal funktioniert er wieder. Es passiert aber auch ab und zu.

Wie kann ich dieses Problem lösen? Ist das Lager im Hall-Motor verschlissen?

Außerdem ist bei Anschluss an 230 V die 24-V-Leitung immer aktiv, ohne dass der gelbe Netzschalter eingeschaltet ist.

Auf der Rückseite befindet sich ein kleines Relais. Wie kann ich das Problem konfigurieren?

Das hatte meine ASC auch. Man musste nur ein Bauteil tauschen. Ich gucke kurz nach, welches das war.

R1303 will probably have contact problems due to corrosion. The adjustable resistor must be replaced. Problems with the rear bearing of the motor are rare. Unscrew the rear bearing screw and add a little oil. Then screw the screw back in so that the spindle can still easiely rotate.

PS: Allways power on by 24VDC is to supply the counter!
