About your questions:

1 - Yes, the value of the counter of the machine is the same you will see in the software and the format is exactly the same of the one in the recorder with hour, minutes and seconds, for example ‘1.23.45’ or ‘-1.23.45’.

2 - Yes, the WRC boards communicates with the processor inside the PR99 MKII or MKIII and use the original locator to jump to a specific position or return to zero. In other word, if input manually a counter value in the software via ‘Pos-Loc’ button or you select a song in an album, you will see it appear on the PR99 display for a moment and immediately the machine will go to that position. This also applies to ‘Zero-Loc’ function.

3 - You are right, we are planning to make a specific video for PR99 MKII and MKIII in the next few weeks.
