Hmm, wie groß ist denn die Spule? Vielleicht stimmt ja die Angabe Langspielband, und statt PE 41 sollte dort eher PE 31 stehen? Was sagt denn das Vorspannband?
1000 m auf 22er Spule wäre PE 41 Doppelspielband
1000 m auf 25er Spule wäre PE 31 Langspielband

Das Heft aus dem Zeitraum 1963/64 ist das älteste, das ich von Agfa finden konnte. Dort taucht die Kombination "PE 41 Langspielband" wie auf Deinem Karton jedenfalls nicht mehr auf.
