Telefunken m10 tube / m15 hybrid

Hello, i have a telefunken m10 tube machine. The transport gives me a lot of troubles with the speed (i have another thread regarding that) and i cant seem to fix it. So i was wondering would it be fairly simple to buy an m15 transport and convert it to use all the tube electronics, and have the best of both worlds? A more reliable transport with the tube sound?

Is it possible to install the heads of the m10 into the m15? Is there anything else to be done?
