Uher 4000 report IC - Ersätzteil BC315a transistor ??

Hi,

I am repairing an Uher 4000 report IC and located a defective transistor.
The transistor is labeled "BC315a".

I need to know the type "PNP" or "NPN" and pinning layout (i.e. pin1/2/3=collector/base/emittor, or a replacement part to be used.

Hi c0,
BC315a/b: Texas Instruments, Si- PNP, 45V, 0,1A, NF.

You can use the following types instead:
BC212, BC415, BC560

Sorry, I don't know the pinning layout.
