Linux Mint ist zu Ubuntu sehr ähnlich. Kann man nehmen, macht man nichts mit falsch.

Was du dir auch mal anschauen kannst ist Manjaro KDE, das finde ich auch sehr angenehm und nutze das sehr gerne. Vielleicht gefällt dir das ja auch.
