SA will work better than SA-X on your Uher, because it is a single layer tape with flat frequency response, at least. Its sensitivity is still higher than the DIN reference tape, so be careful with Dolby. Make some test recordings and judge by your own hearing wether the results with and without Dolby sound fine for you or not. If yes, everything is fine, have fun. If not, try one of the 1970's pure chrome tapes listed above.
