SO-DIMM RAM x16 gesucht - JUM - 06.05.2021
Hallo,
will mir einen 'Messrechner' unter Windows XP aufbauen.
Habe dazu ein miniITX Embedded Board Kontron KTUS15 besorgt.
Das Board hat einen einzelnen Steckplatz, für ein 200pin SO-DIMM Modul.
Aktuell hat es leider nur 512 MByte RAM, könnte aber 2 GByte.
WinXP läuft zwar, aber sehr zäh..
Ich suche deshalb ein SO-DIMM Speichermodul mit 1 GB oder 2 GB.
Wichtig ist die Organisation "x16", 2Rx8 bspw. funktionieren nicht.
Vielleicht hat jemand noch solch ein Modul 'rumliegen'?
Das Manual schreibt dazu:
The KTUS15 boards have one 200-pin DDR2 Small Outline Dual Inline Memory Module (SO-DIMM) socket.
The socket can be populated with up to 2GB of unbuffered DDR2 SO-DIMM modules.
Memory speeds up to 533MT/s (PC-4200) are supported.
• Supports 1.8-V DDR2 SDRAM with gold-plated contacts
• SDRAM Organisation of x16 supported only, up to 2 ranks, 8 loads only
• Supports 400 MT/s and 533 MT/s data rates
• Single 64-bit wide single-channel
• Support system memory from 512MB and up to 2GB
• Device density support for 512Mb and 1024Mb devices
• ECC not supported
• Serial Presence Detect required
The installed DDR2 SDRAM should support the Serial Presence Detect (SPD) data structure.
This allows the BIOS to read and configure the memory controller for optimal performance.
If non-SPD memory is used, the BIOS will attempt to configure the memory settings, but performance and reliability may be impacted.

Nö, Jürgen,
ich denke da ist ein "Notebook" Riegelchen gemeint.
Ich schau morgen mal im Keller nach....

Schade, Alfred, aber das ist leider die falsche Bauform.
Ich habe so einen 2GB Riegel wie im Bild unten mit "2Rx8".
Der Rechner erkennt aber nur 503 MByte (wie beim ursprünglichen 512 MByte-Riegel auch).

schau doch mal in der Bucht, da tummeln sich die Riegel ab 1€

Ich hätte 2 von diesen Riegeln hier mit je 1GB. Kannst du damit etwas anfangen?
