Hi this is Geoff from Holland. Nice to see this Tonband corner in the world.
As we want to revive our M15 machine over at our broadcast station, we called a repairman and he will arrive tomorrow. We thought we had the BIG service manual but we do not.
So now there is a bit of panic.
I see you have all the manuals we need, but the PDF can not be downloaded!
Could someone help us out?

Hi Geoff,
I guess you just did not notice that the download area requires an extra registration.
Once you have done that, you will be able to download anything that is available in the download area

I found out myself and the problem has been solved indeed!
I hope the tech guy can revive them: one is dead and the other is making a whirring sound when you power it up.
